What you seek is already there, in the body

"One day we will find a muscle. I feel there is so much more our bodies can do we just didn't find the muscle yet"    ~ Quote by me, ever since I can remember, I've had this feeling. 

Hello!

You know when you notice you can lift one eyebrow but need to focus to find the muscle and move the other one? Or lifting a big toe on one side but needing to concentrate to do the same on the other side...

This is what I mean. What if we find muscles the same way and remember we can teletransport, fly, and alchemize things...

So, hello, this would be us remembering magic 😉

WORKING WITH THE BODY

As I've shared before, I've been on a healing journey for a while and lately, I've been working with trusting the body (not the mind, the mind is a very handy tool, but it's not what you listen to for guidance) and how human design has been a huge help with that.

It's funny (afterward) to notice how, I get caught, listening to the mind anyways, even though my body was so obviously telling me something different. We learn! And we will keep learning this one, I guess.

LIGHT INFLUX

We are going through times now, of receiving such a powerful influx of light! Most of us have been feeling this.

I joke that such high Schumann resonance frequency should be like snow days were for kids (from what I know from movies), so, when the frequency is high for too long we should get: mystics day off 😆

(I’ve seen a similar joke somewhere)

I want to share with you what has been working for me and it has a lot to do with finding the muscle, it's funny, and also amazing how what we seek has always been here and so much simpler than we expected.

1 - Muscle Magic

I've been literally finding muscles.

It started with wishing for ways to keep my face healthy naturally (I've tried gua sha, suction tools, and face yoga.) Now, yay, I found this myofascial massage, and was amazed to find the state of my sternocleidomastoid muscle! 😮

After doing this massage for less than a month I noticed that my hair wasn't falling anymore, after 3 years of shedding!

That got me looking deeper and finding other ways to activate the body, working with fascia and the lymphatic system.

In a client session, sharing this process, I joked that, we were running around complicating things, while it was a matter of finding a point to press.

2- Breathe

No way! hahahaha

But the thing is, we do forget.

I've noticed that regulating the nervous system started coming up a lot, and I started wondering if many of us are stuck in freeze mode.

I ended up finding a simple and very necessary way: Diaphragmatic breaths.

One of those things you work with (all things in this message will be things like this) and forget about it for a while and then find again, puzzled as to why you forgot about such an important thing.

Diaphragmatic breathing is our natural way, it sends the signal to the body that we are safe, and it creates harmony and space, it's what our body needs, yes? But it's hard to train yourself to breathe this way, which is already a sign that we need to.

This also brings posture into consideration, because it's much easier to breathe with a good posture. Also: alignment, hello.

- Notice how it's in the body... what we seek, is to work with the body, with ourselves. (a reference to the previous post)

3- Movement, Sunlight, and circadian rhythm

All in one because you can work with this all together.

There is a lot here. But I started making sure to move and to see the sunrise and sunset, go for walks, there is a great exercise flow that mixes qigong, stretching, meditation that I've been doing for many months now, after many years of never liking repetition, I could never imagine doing the same video over and over, this one is that great.

Taking the circadian rhythm into consideration when studying, sleeping, and eating, makes a lot of sense too.

4- Natural ~ grounding

Another thing I changed, and I've been doing this for years, gradually, I keep removing chemicals from my lifestyle. I make my own makeup powder (arrowroot-based), I stopped wearing makeup, which has been a big thing for me, after years of wearing foundation, then changing to tinted moisturizer, and now just that arrowroot and clay mixture.

And many little things keep coming to my attention to shift to a more natural version. Lots of vinegar, baking soda, and castor oil are involved.

Like: I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes exclusively, since October 2022 (the same vivo pair too!), and this made my feet so much stronger.

I make sure to ground most days as well, it's easier to do while I'm here in Brazil than when I'm in Holland.

5- Simple

"The first step to enlightenment is to lighten up" ~ Bashar

Those are all things to assist in bringing us back to working with the body, trusting the body, but you feel into it, and work with aspects that are coming up for you and feel helpful at the time.

Sometimes you do need to focus on what you can do to feel better though, and it’s great to have the tools, for me, it's on those high influx days.
