Things (emotions, memories, knowing...) might come up to show you what you may be ready to shift and release. So, if it does, here is a way to work with it:

I saw those things we carry as stones and saw the attachment we have to them, they have been with us for so long, it’s so familiar and we are so used to it.

I felt gratitude and love. 🩵 Even though they have been weighing you down, they were there to show you how to choose to be light.🩵

After connecting with this, you may choose to throw them (stones) in a river or have Archangel Michael come and take them.

You will feel this.

As if something you really love has been taken away, but now you may focus on how light it feels.

The full moon (29th) will show up to soothe this process and will be good to focus on grounding, receiving, and connecting. (Barefoot on Earth, sun gaze, journal focused on what you are choosing to bring in…)

Knowing you've been given an opportunity to create space to receive. Trust your body.
